I-9s in Multi-Signer Packages Now Appear in the I-9 Dashboard

An issue was resolved where I-9 forms sent as part of a package with a multi-signer form were not appearing in the I-9 Dashboard, making it difficult for users to track and process these forms.

What This Fix Means:

• I-9 forms now correctly appear in the I-9 Dashboard and under the appropriate filters.

• Improved visibility and tracking for I-9s included in multi-signer form packages.

• New Indicator for Pending Multi-Signer Forms – An indicator now appears next to the Next Step text when an I-9 cannot proceed until the multi-signer form is completed. Hovering over the indicator displays an explanation, and it disappears once the multi-signer form is signed, allowing the authorized representative to complete Section 2.

This fix enhances accuracy, usability, and workflow transparency, ensuring a smoother experience for managing I-9s with multi-signer forms.
